At Womensphere, we are very much focused on building three important platforms this year:

CONFERENCE PLATFORM

Around the themes of Creating the Future through women’s leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and sustainability leadership. We are currently in the process of finalizing the programs for these Summits and Series this February, and reaching out to corporate sponsors and partners throughout the rest of the Spring.

MEDIA PLATFORM

Running parallel to the production of these Summits, we are planning the creation and production of inspiring original content around extraordinary women leaders from all walks of life, under the Womensphere Heroine Media Network platform.

TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

In order to scale the reach of our conferences, our community, and our media, we are also leveraging and developing unique technology platforms and applications to enable us to scale the reach of our conferences and media, and manage our live community in the online/mobile/digital space.

In order for us to continue operating with no disruptions and make progress along these three fronts, we are raising $50,000 to cover operations, product development, sales, and marketing over the course of the next three months, as we anticipate additional working capital from our conference operations.

To this end, we have structured this Working Capital Note.

BASIC TERMS OF THE NOTE

Principal: Please refer to the Note options in the above.

Interest rate: 8% per annum

Maturity date: February 1, 2014 or 12 months from the date of the Note

Security: The note will be secured against cash receivables from the Womensphere conference unit

TO PARTICIPATE:

Please indicate which Type of Note you prefer. We will send you a Promissory Note with the basic terms above in the Note, after which we will ask you to submit the contribution either online, or through a wire transfer. (We think the online is probably the most convenient for you.)
